How you become “who you are’ is just not by choice and circumstances”, but also with a mix of universe calling or your calling.
Recognize, Act and Accompolish.
Disclaimer: It’s directly not related to any business framework, but it’s kind of life framework, I thought it’s worth sharing, even if one person transforms his life, it’s worth sharing as your business is purely driven by you. So, it’s a kind of subset.
Your attitude determines your altitude.

Change is inevitable in life, growth is always a choice.
🗣 Coaching is a noble job, which I realized after one of my mentors validated, it was never my dream. I just wanted to be one of the world’s best Visual Merchandising and Retail Design professionals. as I was a seasoned vet pro.
But, Coaching + Consulting was chosen by default and made it to earn the day. How did happen, lets’s dive into “which may help you resonate and live the kind of life you wanted to live and then build the life you wanted to build”.
🗣 It’s was in 2010 when I left my high-paying corporate job when I was at the peak of my career where opportunities were flooding, “I realized that, am just being paid for my potential”, which means “my contribution matters for organizations growth”.
That’s when I decided to contribute the same knowledge and experience for small-medium businesses and also for myself at the same time.
👉 But I was distracted by opportunities in business.
🗣 Opportunity is an obstacle when you’re not clear about your vison.
👉 I went by the flow, many personal obstacles, many unavoidable external circumstances where I was interwoven in those lead me to become a better person than who I was in the corporates, and the better version of understanding different problems in business as I was the live example of myself.
🗣 I didn’t have a choice as I thought, but I understood one thing in the experiences of unavoidable circumstances “if I overcome the problems then I can help others too”.
Can you imagine now, I was redirected by the universe, but not rejected for opportunities. Your life might be exactly the same.
✅ I took that risk in life where I had a choice to join back corporate job as opportunities were still open after 2-3 years, I left the job.
Whenever I got a thought that employment was better than entrepreneurship as there was a consistent income, no matter what obstacles and headaches I face. That was my lower self.
At that exact period, I use to get a chance to help other entrepreneurs.
👉 With my own personal experience, I started helping entrepreneurs who use to become my consulting clients with a complimentary – offering solutions showing them the opportunities that they couldn’t see”
It started as a ripple effect.
🗣 As I started sharing my experiences those transforming with my Fashion Store customers, who were completely irrelevant market fit, 1 out of a few 100s atleast, started becoming my Consulting & Coaching clients.
✅ I was 100% free of worries, as I was serving them and showing them the solution as they already achieved, very transformative way.
And at the end, I just say, “if you need any further help do let me know, I will take every power to help you win”
❌ No Facebook ads or google ads I used to acquire clients. I don’t mean you don’t advertise your business. Brand it first and then market it.
Advertising is the penalty that any business pays for failing to market well.
🗣 All the high-paying clients I acquired, 99% are from just giving them solutions as and when I come face to face with anyone in problems.
🗣 By default I was becoming a transformative coach and mentor.
🗣 But I didn’t choose that at all consciously. I just wanted to grow my business and hired India’s best entrepreneur and mentor, failed thrice in that journey of building a business that I wanted but got recognition from India’s top entrepreneurs.
I was continuously and by default was rerouting to what I made for, the true universal calling and making.
🗣 Cut short to minimise, my failures led to learning from the world’s best mentors and coaches. When connected dots back by then, those weren’t failures, those were learning that I didn’t follow a process in life to create the kind of life I wanted.
✅ I was growing both businesses, Fashion, and Coaching + Consulting, which in your career also you might be doing something in that context to your growth, recognize it.
🗣 I helped 100s of peoples and a few dozen build a million-dollar business within a year’s time. Past corporate experience and personal circumstances contributed here.
🗣 It’s again a default:
I was attending Landmark session, in the advance program, at the end of the closing of that program, with the high altitude in the group, we just need to say one word without thinking that which leads us to our calling and we have to build it, I was literally thinking a lot till my turn came and as everyone said, Harshzad, your turn – I just got shocked and said “KINGMAKER”
🗣 As default it was going and I was making many kings and queens of their good times in parallel to my Fashion business.
🗣👉 Pandemic hit, post lockdown got to shutdown my fashion stores. I didn’t know what to do, but there was a pre-game plan which was created by that unseen force, which you can a GOD, or universe calling whatever.
The alternate was built before other income Generation, life Operation, before Destruction. That now you can believe it’s GOD’s plan.
Later I Just focused on Coaching + Consulting.
How did I clearly realised that it’s MY RIGHT FIT? So far in my experience, in my coaching business, only two type of people failed.
1. Who gave up.
2. Who tried to reinvent the wheel.
Other than these two, every single one became kings and queens of their good times, because there was a mixture of deliverables with past experiences and current learning.
That means I am on the right space and in the right fit.
🗣 That’s how I became who I am today and what I am today which was very much “a blend of Choices + Circumstances + Calling – I call my 3Cs.
I always had a choice to just continue with Fashion where I am doing in parallel, circumstances too didn’t cooperate.
The event wasn’t in my hand or in my control, but the interpretation was very much in my control.
But it’s a default intelligence that was driving, not the gained information which was just supportive. The core intelligence which isn’t filled with any information which was empty and meaningless created a meaning that I gave.
It’s true with your life too, Jut be RAA Recognize, Act and Accomplish.
Here if you observe, nowhere my technical expertise help me to grow where the majority of the people suffer If I had this, that, then I can do wonders, I was just doing wonders with what I had.
You can sharpen your calling: It’s my mentors and coaches who helped me, after understanding my true calling, sharpening it like an Olympic champion, and now being part of world’s best mentors and coaches – leading me uniquely.
It’s a small life now, at the same time it’s a cycle. karmas will be account forward, you can’t escape, because your body is just skin change for your soul.
Start living the kind of life you want with a vision to transform your future and future generations.
🗣 I want to transform will never help you. None of the most successful people are neither geniuses nor fortunate enough, they just failed fast taking action, and becoming the better version.
Try it. It’s hard but worth going through the diamond cut, just focus on what’s happening in your life whenever you’re failing.
Just two things: Either you’re consciously doing something or just trying to climb the fish onto the tree.
To open the door, we need to push the door, not the wall.
If that’s a bulb on the moment then by now you would have realized why something wrong happening in my life all the time. Till the time you don’t correct it, it repeats because the very process of life is to make you a better person than who you’re and not to become what you’re. What you’re is the sum of accumulation, if the accumulated is wiped off or taken off, you’re just who you’re.
So, remove that emergency break from your vehicle called life, pause it and introspect. Something meaningful will happen in life and that’s how you can become who you’re in short. No complex.
Complexity kills the rate of success.
