🗣 Hey! 👋 Do you have a BOSS? No matter you could be a CEO or a CHAIR or a Owner of your business?
✅ Often small medium to most of the extent large corporation’s leaders too heading businesses keeps going out of their own “CONTROL”, and when that becomes a habit, which leads to even lose “ctrl” (not the computer keyboard 🎹 “Ctrl”) it’s “CTRL – CLOSED TIGHT RIMMED LEADERSHIP” often leads to “sudden immature death in business”
I strictly follow it my business and also help my coachees and mentees too. “I Eat My Own Cooking”
🗣👉 It is so IMPORTANT for any LEADER no matter you run a Profitable Business or a Non-Profitable Business or a Government Organization or a NGO or a Charitable Trust or a Museum or a Political Party or a no matter a Temple, Church or a Mosque or anything you name where a transaction takes place.
👉✅ Why it’s most important is I will share a small story of my corporate days time.
🗣 I worked for almost 25 years in the backed of the design and front of retail heading Experience Design Team for many leading National and International brands before I walked away from a high corporate job in 2011 to start my entrepreneurial journey with a “True Mindset to help Small Medium Business”.
🗣 One day I literally got frustrated with the management and went to then CEO of Future Group East Sandeep Marwa. Undoubtedly he was one of the best CEO’s I ever worked under one’s reign.
🗣👉 I asked him “Sir, I am heading the department of East, technically I’m reporting on the daily operations to HO which is quite ok and understanding, I am reporting to you Administratively is clear. I have no confusion,
✅ but why am I suppose to report to different Business Vertical Heads, when all verticals of my Department are under me”
🗣He replied,
“What you’re doing is a great job, you have experience and knowledge, what’s technically being delivered is going smooth and good,
👉 ✅ But what might be going wrong in different business vertical’s heads perception also to be controlled to be a better great leader to deliver results with holistic approach.
👉 ✅ When you’re a BOSS, you will do your jobs perfectly and sometimes with your “Mann-Manee” too
👉 ✅ But when you have a “Accountability Partners” for you at every level, their vertical’s expectations too will meet.
🗣✅ What I got from that was “being a leader with a “Bird Eye View” is good and important, but what might be happening in the deepest forest will only be known when you’re in the forest land moving and flying and landing”
🗣🤞 That conversation gave me a whole lot different perspective and a whole new dimension to my career to lead my team and the organization as a whole with its entirety.
✅ When I was discovering the same “experience” with my mentors and coaches who coaches the worlds best companies CEO’s, it was like a REVISION for me to better help myself being a “self-made entrepreneur and a coach” to “coaching entrepreneurs”.
🗣👉 I headed Billion Dollar companies, but when you Head your own organization or helping other organization, KARMA matters a lot.
✅ Have the “CTRL” strategy and Execution excellence in your business too, no matter you could be a solopreneur or heading 10s to 1000s of team. It matters a lot.
