Before stepping into my second entrepreneurial innings, I spent over 20 years in leadership roles with 140+ national and international retail brands, working directly with founders and senior leaders across Asia and Europe. From scaling private labels to running retail stores, this frontline experience gave me a rare 360° view of business — from concept to consumer to cash flow.
Along the way, I volunteered at 250+ CEO communities globally, gaining invaluable leadership insights that shaped how I coach and mentor today.
For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to business coaching — helping 10,000+ entrepreneurs, retailers, and coaches launch, grow, and scale businesses using my proprietary WealtHexaR Methodology. Many of today’s top coaches and retailers in India credit their clarity and momentum to these frameworks.
Born on 29th August, a Virgo with deep intuition, I bring together strategy, spirituality, and simplicity. From aeronautics to experience design to retail innovation, my journey has always been about blending precision with creativity.

Role models like Steve Jobs, Ratan Tata, and Jeff Bezos continue to inspire how I think about leadership, branding, and impact.
Their influence helped me craft the WealtHexaR Methodology — a proprietary framework that blends clarity, strategy, and spiritual grounding to create businesses that are both scalable and soulful.
