Golden Rule of Conversion: Qualify the client/customer first.
The power of offering your services is with you and don’t pass this power of decision-making to the client/customer.
✔ The way a client/customer sees your credibility to offer you business, you too qualify them first to check the right fit, If not qualified then don’t offer your services.
It’s a pure waste of time.
If qualified then “activate them” to further qualify each other for the right fit for long-term association.
✔ If both are the right fit then “retain” because at the end of the day it should be a great partnership for growth.
